What You'll Do- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles.
- Maintain high service standards to meet Mopar certification and performance benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine maintenance services and comprehensive vehicle inspections.
- Stay current with manufacturer updates, technical bulletins, and service protocols.
- Communicate directly with service advisors and customers, providing clear repair estimates and status updates.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace
What You'll Bring- Mopar Certified Master Technician or equivalent industry certifications.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, specifically on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles.
- Experience with vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and service procedures.
- Can navigate new technology and computer programs.
- Handle complex repairs with efficiency.
- With teammates and customers.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
