Master Industrial Electrician - $39.56 per hour - Plover, WISilgan Containers is hiring a full-time Entry Level Industrial Electrician for our Plover, Wisconsin plant. This is the perfect opportunity for electricians with some experience or a technical degree who want to grow in a manufacturing environment.
Pay and Schedule- Master Electrician pay: $39.56 per hour
- 12 hour rotating shifts, 7 days on then 7 days off
- Rotate between days and nights each month
- Full work schedule for the entire year provided on day one

Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical systems
- Mentor entry level and journeyman electricians
- Oversee PLC programming and work with Allen Bradley systems
- Ensure all electrical work meets safety and compliance standards
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance strategies
Requirements
- Five or more years of industrial electrician experience
- Advanced knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems
- Ability to lead and train other electricians
- Strong focus on workplace safety and compliance
