Responsibilities- Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation work
- Help lead and grow the electrical division
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Support training and development as the team grows
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements- Active Master Electrician license required
- Strong residential service experience
- Leadership mindset with desire to help build a department
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
