Full Job Description
Your Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated an expert for Master Data, Order-to-Cash (O2C) to support the Global Process Owner (GPO) within our Life Science division to own and steward master data relevant to O2C (customer master, pricing/terms data, credit data, dispute identifiers, etc.) and ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, and compliance across regions and systems (ERP, CRM, billing, collections).

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Defining and maintaining data standards, definitions, and data quality rules for O2C domains
  • Collaborating with Process Owner, CS, Finance, IT, and Legal to design and enforce data governance policies
  • Managing data quality: profiling, remediation of data defects, and measurement of data quality KPIs
  • Maintaining data lineage and mapping across systems; support data migration and system changes
  • Leading data stewardship activities: issue triage, escalation, and resolution; coordinate with regional data stewards
  • Supporting master data change control processes (additions, deactivations, merges) with proper approvals
  • Ensuring regulatory/privacy considerations (e.g., data minimization, PII handling) in data processes
  • Providing data-related training and awareness to O2C teams
  • Producing and maintain data quality dashboards and exception reports; partner on remediation plans


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related
  • 5-7+ years in O2C, Customer Service, or business process improvement and program or project management experience
  • Strong process mapping, value stream design, and controls thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate matrix organizations
  • Change management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data governance concepts
  • Data-driven decision making; KPI development and tracking
  • Risk assessment, issue management, and remediation planning


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent
  • Certifications desired: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent

Role ideally based in MA. Open to remote in US or in Germany

Pay Range for this position: $98,800 - $169,800. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
