The
Site Data Leader is responsible for ensuring data integrity, governance, and quality across site operations while supporting digital transformation and ERP initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between site teams, Data Domain Owners, NAM Data Governance, and Digital Transformation organizations to drive standardized, reliable, and compliant master data processes that enable operational excellence.
What do you get to do in this position?Data Governance & Data Quality- Lead site-level data governance programs and promote data ownership and accountability.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve master data quality, compliance, and governance processes.
- Conduct data audits, reviews, and root-cause analyses to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Support annual data assessments and continuous governance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate data standards and policies.
Digital Transformation & ERP Support- Support ERP implementations, LTIP initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
- Administer One Shuttle and manage master data lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data readiness and system effectiveness.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and KPI performance improvements to enhance business efficiency.
Operational Excellence- Partner with Data Domain Owners and Key Users to maintain accurate and complete master data.
- Oversee material master lifecycle activities, including creation, modification, activation, and obsolescence.
- Support SAP access governance, compliance reviews, and issue resolution impacting site operations.
- Ensure timely data maintenance to support manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.
Training & Continuous Improvement- Train, coach, and mentor Key Users, Power Users, and Data Domain Owners on data governance best practices.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data stewardship.
- Participate in NAM Data Governance communities to share knowledge and drive capability development.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen data management practices.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
- Experience managing stakeholders and influencing organizational change.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
