Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, Sat 7:30-2:00

Who We're Looking For:- Prior Dealership or Private Repair Experience
- Solid Automotive Line Techs / Mechanics
- ASE Certifications
- BMW experience is a huge plus
- Strong work ethic
- Skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job
- A great communicator with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:- Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair.
- Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner.
- Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs.
- Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.
- Develop a production plan each month.
- Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
The flat rate pay range for this position is $24 to $72 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Team Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
