Pay: $70,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery/equipment and perform timely repairs
- Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventive maintenance activities on a limited amount of equipment in the facility
- Perform timely facility/building maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs
- Coordinate and make recommendations on work-related contracts and services
- Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance
- Participate in, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and lean initiatives and requirements
Qualifications- Must have mechanical and technical aptitude
- 1-3 years experience in an industrial, maintenance environment
- College degree or certificate in a technical area or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings
- Experience using basic measurement instruments such as tape measure, scales, and gauges
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
- Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
- Must obtain and maintain current certification to operate material handling equipment such as, forklift, side-loader, 4-directional lift, or cherry picker
