As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and driven Mass Tort Attorney with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career with a fast-paced plaintiffs' law firm.

About the Role:
As a Mass Tort Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a complex mass tort docket while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong legal acumen, excellent case management skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of a mass tort docket, from intake through resolution
  • Track and meet critical litigation deadlines
  • Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants supporting your docket
  • Follow and improve upon existing case management processes and procedures
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates and resolve issues
  • Analyze medical records and relevant case documents
  • Review all pleadings, motions, and filings before submission to the court or opposing counsel
  • Collaborate with other law firms and stakeholders involved in litigation
  • Identify trends within your docket and recommend process improvements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance case outcomes and efficiency

Work Hours:
This is a full-time, in-office position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an expectation of a 50-hour workweek.
