Full Job Description
Executive Sous Chef - Mason Street Grill

Our team prides itself on delivering consistent, exceptional dining experiences. As part of Mason Street Grill within the iconic Pfister Hotel and the growing Marcus Hotels & Resorts portfolio, this role offers far more than a single restaurant opportunity. In addition to great food and drinks, we provide exceptional service you cannot find anywhere else. At Mason Street Grill, we want to serve experiences. Whether it is the enticing aromas from the grill, the energy of live music, or the satisfaction of a perfectly prepared meal, we strive to create moments that bring guests back again and again.
