Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and enforce technology policies, standards, and patterns. Ensure solutions, data, and processes across the Value Stream adhere to approved technology standards. Inform business strategy, identify new investment opportunities, and guide funding allocations. Make Value Stream-level architecture decisions and validate delivered work against approved designs. Propose and describe necessary work based on technical dependencies and tech debt across the domain. Manage New York Life Information Technology Governance processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with architectural vision and plans. Experience Required Primary Skills: Enterprise Architecture and Value Stream design. Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks. Expertise in technology standards, patterns, and policy development. Hands-on experience with ecosystem integration and application architecture. Secondary Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of data governance and security standards. Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
