The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team you will lead the delivery of innovative Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that enhance client engagement. As a Manager you will supervise and develop teams, securing quality deliverables while cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges. This role offers the chance to leverage your knowledge in CMS and DAM programs, while mentoring junior staff and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the success of our firm.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Manager Sites/Assets Developer Professional, Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner Professional, Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe), or Project Management certification (PMP)

- Leading AEM workstream delivery and quality control

- Designing practical standards for components and workflows

- Managing dependencies, challenges, and timely resolutions

- Coaching and developing junior practitioners

- Contributing to practice assets and reusable delivery patterns

- Supporting testing and release readiness activities

- Working with client product owners, architects, and designers to translate objectives into solution designs and delivery increments

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
