What you’ll be doing...
You will be responsible for leading initiatives in the development and management of marketing plans, programs, and campaigns for Verizon Business' products and services, specifically FWA. Responsible for developing, promoting, and communicating the company’s brand, products, and services to optimize business customer engagement. Responsible for the development, execution, and implementation of marketing strategy and/or marketing programs (e.g., marketing campaigns) to provide value to a specific target audience (Verizon Business FWA); includes planning and implementing projects and programs that support marketing functions, working with advertising and sales, participating in developing pricing strategies, and/or monitoring market trends.
Accountabilities:
Collaborates with others to determine the business needs and/or execute on the delivery of the organization's strategies and goals.
Well-versed in all company products and able to understand how features and benefits fit into business customer needs; helps enable new product development, marketing plans and customer facing documentation.
Designs and executes marketing campaigns.
Owns and communicates marketing results and effectiveness of campaign and marketing programs by effectively monitoring and reporting on metrics and taking corrective actions to achieve marketing objectives.
Works with team to design and implement marketing workflows to ensure that activities are aligned with company goals and priorities.
Ensures communications effectiveness for internal and external audiences.
Provides proactive marcom and marketing strategy support cross organization.
Collaborates with key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for...You are curious about what people need and want. You enjoy digging through data for insight into opportunities for how we can help our consumers work, play and connect in new and better ways.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience working with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree – better if you have an MBA.
Digital experience of trends and key business drivers.
Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
Balanced multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.
Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
