JOB DESCRIPTION

The Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns designed to profitably acquire primary bank relationships and grow share of wallet. 

As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate on the Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team, your role will involve supporting marketing programs designed to drive profitable growth in new-to-deposit households through campaigns across both paid and owned channels. You will be instrumental in developing strategic marketing plans that leverage data for measurable outcomes, while effectively navigating a complex organizational structure to influence and gain consensus. Additionally, you will work closely with various departments to strategize audience targeting and channel approaches, and partner with analytics teams to assess performance and profitability.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans using data to achieve measurable results.
  • Navigate a matrixed organization to influence partners, build consensus, and collaborate on audience targeting, channel strategies, and creative execution.
  • Utilize data and analytics to understand performance, test results, and profitability.
  • Act as a thought leader to persuade and educate across the organization.
