Location: Ada, MI

This role is based in our Ada office with a hybrid schedule, requiring in-person work Monday through Thursday, with Fridays as a remote option.

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a strategic leader to be the operational hub of our Global Marketing organization.

You will drive alignment, insights, and operational excellence across the marketing function. This role oversees Strategy & Planning, the Office of the CMO, and Marketing Internal Communications, ensuring the global marketing organization operates with strategic focus, data-driven insights, and strong cross-functional alignment.

You will act as a strategic facilitator for the Global Marketing Leadership Team, translating high-level vision into measurable business impact. This role combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and expert communication to optimize marketing performance worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Guiding Strategy & Planning: You will drive the annual strategic planning process, translate long-range business plans into actionable roadmaps, and oversee high-priority initiatives on behalf of the CMO. You'll define and track the Key Performance Indicators that measure our success.
  • Driving Operational Excellence: You'll manage the operational rhythm of the marketing leadership team, from setting agendas to tracking action items. You will be the central point for coordinating key marketing initiatives, marketing performance, and ensuring strategic alignment between global teams and other corporate functions.
  • Leading Internal Communications: You will develop and execute the internal communications strategy to inform, inspire, and engage our global marketing team. This includes crafting executive communications, leading employee engagement campaigns, and ensuring our team members are connected to the marketing vision.


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or chief of staff role.
  • Proven success managing strategy and operations within a large, global, or matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic advisor and facilitator for senior executive leadership.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in departmental budget management and resource allocation.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a passion for mentoring and coaching talent.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
