About the Role

As an In-House Marketing Representative, you will engage with Hilton Grand Vacations owners and resort guests, learn about their vacation interests, and invite qualified guests to attend vacation ownership presentations and resort previews.

Success in this role comes from creating genuine connections, understanding guest needs, and confidently scheduling appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Earning Potential: $17.00 per hour, plus commission and bonuses governed by a compensation plan. In-House Marketing Representatives have targeted annual earnings of $90,000+, with top performers earning more based on individual results.

Schedule Details:

Marketing Representatives work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays, based on guest travel patterns and business needs.

What You'll Do
  • Engage owners, guests, and visitors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
  • Initiate conversations to understand travel interests and vacation preferences
  • Promote and schedule vacation ownership presentations, previews, and promotional vacation packages for qualified guests
  • Provide concierge-style recommendations for local attractions, dining, entertainment, and destination experiences
  • Represent Hilton Grand Vacations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Accurately maintain guest and appointment information using company systems
  • Meet and exceed performance goals through quality guest interactions and appointment generation


Qualifications

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in sales, hospitality, concierge services, retail, tourism, or another customer-facing environment
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English


Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous vacation ownership or timeshare experience
  • Experience in a commission-based or performance-driven role
  • Luxury hospitality or premium customer service experience
  • Knowledge of local attractions, dining, activities, and tourism offerings
  • Proven ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions through consultative conversations
