Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in proposal management, bid management, or similar role
• Experience in transformers, power delivery, utilities, or renewable energy preferred
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of bids, quotations, and proposals
• Partner with sales, engineering, legal, and finance teams to craft solutions
• Coordinate bid and risk review processes for proposal integrity
• Prepare commercial and technical documentation on time
• Maintain proposal records and track opportunities in Salesforce
• Support customer discussions, negotiations, and communications
• Review purchase orders and contracts for proposal alignment
• Facilitate internal and customer meetings for effective opportunity management
