Marketing Project Manager II, Employer and Producer Marketing
Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices. Preference will be given to current employees and candidates who reside within a commutable distance from our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices, or who are willing to relocate.

Qualifications:
- The Marketing Project Manager II would have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, product promotions, or sales support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledgeable in executing all types of marketing and sales activities across print and digital spaces, including integrated, multi-channel campaigns, with demonstrated understanding of sales processes and their impacts to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes and procedures, including scope definition, cost/time estimation, resource management, prioritization, and multi-track management.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments within a project across multiple stakeholders and lines of business.
- Demonstrated experience recognizing problems and effectively resolving issues through negotiation and compromise.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage workload independently.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing communications, product promotions, or sales project management and reporting tools, along with familiarity across multiple project management methodologies and the ability to form and implement processes grounded in proven methods.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
- Supports all marketing or sales support and communications projects through to completion, facilitating the success of implementation teams with accountability for budget, planning, production, and deadlines.
- Participates in meetings with other marketing and sales staff to develop strategies to meet marketing and sales goals.
- Coordinates the timely production of sales and marketing materials, including managing the AEP document production processes.
- Coordinates the proper dissemination of collateral and marketing materials to the designated sources.
- Provides summary review of marketing and sales projects to key stakeholders.
- Monitors creative services, web services, or vendor production and delivery, providing updates and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Provides reporting and other analysis documents for marketing and sales communications activities.
- Coordinates the timely production of sales materials and manages related production processes.
Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
National pay structure - applies to the Boise, Portland, Salem, Seattle/Renton/Tacoma, Burlington, Vancouver, Lewiston, and Salt Lake City metro areas: The expected offer range is $85,000 - $110,000 and the full salary range is $80,000 - $130,000 and the bonus target is 10%.
Regional pay structure - applies to North Dakota and to Arkansas, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The expected offer range is $77,000 - $104,000 and the full salary range is $72,000 - $117,000 and the bonus target is 10%.
