Full Job Description
The Role

The Marketing Programs Manager owns integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through launch, performance evaluation, and optimization. This role translates business objectives into clear campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, creative direction, requirements, and success measures while ensuring every marketing workstream contributes to one cohesive campaign experience.

As the central point of alignment across Marketing, Sales, Traffic Management, and other stakeholders, you will provide program-level direction, keep teams aligned as priorities evolve, and ensure campaigns are strategically sound and launch-ready. This role is ideal for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail and confidently lead a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Employee Value Proposition

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, project management, paid media, creative, and broader marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP, Brand Marketing, you will gain a global view of the business, collaborate with directors and cross-functional leaders, and help bring teams together around shared goals. The position combines a strategic program-management perspective with hands-on involvement across copy, video, graphic design, and other marketing materials, providing meaningful visibility and growth within the marketing organization.

Key Performance Objectives

Build strong business knowledge and trusted relationships by learning the organization, key stakeholders, marketing processes, and the direct-selling industry.

Improve alignment across Marketing, Sales, Traffic Management, and other stakeholders by clarifying objectives, expectations, requirements, and responsibilities.

Create more efficient campaign workflows that reduce unnecessary back-and-forth, strengthen consistency, and help teams move from strategy to execution more effectively.

Manage a high volume of campaigns, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholders while maintaining quality, momentum, and attention to detail.

Become a trusted cross-functional partner who uses strong emotional intelligence and communication skills to encourage collaboration and candid feedback.

Performance Accountabilities

Campaign Strategy & Ownership

Lead integrated marketing campaigns from initial strategy and planning through launch, completion, and performance evaluation.

Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messaging, creative direction, requirements, and success measures aligned with business priorities.

Maintain accountability for overall campaign direction, cohesion, readiness, and effectiveness as priorities and requirements evolve.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Program Orchestration

Develop the overall campaign plan and ensure marketing workstreams, channels, and deliverables come together as one cohesive, on-brand experience.

Bring Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders together to align objectives, messaging, priorities, market needs, requirements, and launch expectations.

Partner closely with Traffic Management by providing clear priorities, requirements, context, and decisions while Traffic Management coordinates resources, schedules, dependencies, workflow, and delivery tracking.

Campaign Briefs, Readiness & Decision-Making

Create and maintain campaign briefs that translate strategy into clear, actionable direction for the teams developing campaign deliverables.

Review campaigns work across functions and customer touchpoints to ensure consistency with approved strategy, messaging, creative direction, and brand standards.

Serve as the campaign-level decision-maker when requirements change or questions arise, evaluating impacts and providing timely direction.

Lead program-level readiness reviews to confirm that strategy, messaging, stakeholder alignment, and required campaign components are ready for launch.

Performance, Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Define success measures and evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness using data, insights, and stakeholder feedback.

Translating campaign results into clear recommendations that improve future campaigns and overall marketing performance.

Identify opportunities to strengthen campaign planning, integration, collaboration, workflow, and execution through continuous improvement and marketing best practices.

Performance Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, or related marketing initiatives; 6+ years preferred.

Industry Experience: Experience in the direct-selling industry is preferred.

Campaign Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns and working across creative disciplines such as copy, video, graphic design, and paid media.

Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the emotional intelligence to build trust and influence across teams.

Analytical & Execution Skills: Ability to think strategically, translate data and insights into action, anticipate obstacles, prioritize a high volume of work, and remain calm under pressure.

Technical & Professional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong knowledge of current marketing practices and the competitive landscape. Brings a positive, adaptable, and people-focused approach to a fast-paced environment.
