A Day in the Life

At Urban Decay, we celebrate beauty disruptors. Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Lead, you won't just manage a portfolio; you will own it, dissect it, and drive its evolution as the conductor of the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle.
  • Rule-Breaking Launch Excellence: Design and execute high-impact launch plans and promotional strategies for new products, defining the optimal offer, pricing, and go-to-market approach.
  • Obsessive Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing code creation, running precision pricing strategies, executing SKU rationalization, and adapting products to meet local regulations.
  • Data & Competition Domination: Dive deep into makeup category sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence (using NPD/Circana), turning complex metrics into actionable insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Flawless Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and activation teams, owning the forecasting process with analytical precision to guarantee flawless execution across all channels.
