Job Description

This role is responsible to support the sourcing of creative agency services, within Marketing Procurement. This role reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies.

The candidate will support Marketing Sourcing initiatives as well as optimization of Procurement platforms and tools to track and govern Creative Spend globally. Responsibilities include identifying and supporting key priorities: value creation, service delivery, global category management, agency evaluation surveys, scope of work management such as scope templates, rate card management and analysis, risk management, and supplier value management. Primary activities include but not limited to:

  • Lead global, cross-functional initiatives for Decideware platform or platform of similar scope encompassing current state / new functionality, change management, and local market requirements across the enterprise. This includes scope of work management, agency evaluation surveys, training stakeholders and agency partners; reviewing Agency scope of work and staff plan for proposed roles, hours, and rate structures to provide financial guidance within procurement and to stakeholders
  • Support supplier contract negotiations from initial contracting review to contract signing/execution
  • Implement Supplier Value Management with key suppliers in the category to foster innovation, manage supplier performance, establish a Governance Model, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Strong Proficiency in data and analytics skills; proactively support team with data and analytics to inform category decisioning and planning using various Procurement dashboards such as Power BI
  • Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships through a service mindset
  • Identify and deliver on key metrics including savings, supplier diversity and working capital to established objectives while ensuring value generation, resource management, talent investment, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) integration and business continuity
  • Actively support diversity, both within the Company as well as expanding relationships and spend with diverse suppliers.


Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement: Undergraduate degree OR Equivalent Experience required

Required Experience and Skills:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in agency compensation. Ability to review agency multipliers to make recommendation on industry standard benchmarks for Time & Material and deliverable agency rates
  • 3 - 5 years of Procurement, Business Management and / or Marketing specific experience
  • Agile mindset, ability to learn quickly and connect the dots
  • Strong data and analytic skills; ability to work in Power BI and other business analytics and data visualization tools to turn raw data into meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, and interactive visuals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Data Analytics

  • Negotiation & Contracting: Skilled in negotiating terms and managing supplier agreements.

La personne retenue soutiendra les initiatives d'approvisionnement marketing ainsi que l'optimisation des plateformes et outils d'approvisionnement visant à suivre et à encadrer les dépenses liées aux agences créatives à l'échelle mondiale. Les responsabilités comprennent l'identification et le soutien des priorités clés : création de valeur, prestation de services, gestion mondiale des catégories, sondages d'évaluation des agences, gestion des énoncés des travaux comme les modèles de portée, gestion et analyse des grilles tarifaires, gestion des risques et gestion de la valeur fournisseur. Les principales activités comprennent notamment :

  • Diriger des initiatives mondiales et interfonctionnelles liées à la plateforme Decideware ou à une plateforme de portée similaire, couvrant l'état actuel, les nouvelles fonctionnalités, la gestion du changement et les exigences des marchés locaux à l'échelle de l'entreprise. Cela comprend la gestion des énoncés des travaux, les sondages d'évaluation des agences, la formation des parties prenantes et des partenaires d'agence; l'examen des énoncés des travaux et des plans de dotation des agences pour les rôles proposés, les heures et les structures tarifaires afin de fournir une orientation financière à l'équipe Approvisionnement et aux parties prenantes.

  • Faire preuve d'une solide maîtrise des données et de l'analytique; soutenir proactivement l'équipe au moyen de données et d'analyses pour orienter la prise de décisions et la planification liées aux catégories, à l'aide de divers tableaux de bord d'approvisionnement, comme Power BI.
  • Développer, maintenir et faire évoluer les relations avec les parties prenantes mondiales dans une optique de service.
  • Déterminer les indicateurs clés, notamment les économies, la diversité des fournisseurs et le fonds de roulement, et atteindre les objectifs établis tout en assurant la création de valeur, la gestion des ressources, l'investissement dans les talents, l'intégration des facteurs ESG (environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance) et la continuité des activités.
