Your role:
Our Marketing Operations team sits within the Corporate Marketing function and serves as a globally focused, enterprise team responsible for advancing marketing capabilities at Baxter and improving how marketing works across the organization.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will improve marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI through process optimization, change management, and adoption of marketing technology. You will partner cross-functionally with the Marketing Technology Manager and commercial teams to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure tools and processes are embedded into daily work and sustained over time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and work cross functionally to address adoption gaps, operational friction points, and measurement blind spots that limit marketing performance
- Improve and standardize core marketing processes to increase efficiency, reduce rework, and ensure investments translate into measurable outcomes
- Partner with the Marketing Technology Manager on rollout plans for new tools, enhancements, and evolving capabilities, including adoption targets and benefits realization measures
- Lead change management tied to process and technology evolution, ensuring changes are embedded into day-to-day workflows and supported by clear metrics, reporting, and feedback loops
- Partner closely with business unit marketing, sales, and commercial excellence teams to align on shared outcomes
- Act as a clear, consistent communicator for how marketing tools and processes work, who owns what, and where teams go for support
- Support training sessions, walkthroughs, and enablement activities to ensure global teams understand new tools and processes
- Maintain and evolve a centralized library of marketing tools and processes to mitigate knowledge loss from turnover and organizational change
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, MarTech, process improvement, or related roles
- Strong process mindset with hands-on experience improving how teams work and translating improvements into measurable business impact. Experience with Lean principles and Kaizen-driven continuous improvement is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience supporting change and rollout of new tools, processes, or capabilities
- Clear, confident communicator comfortable training and aligning nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience partnering across marketing, sales, and enterprise teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, fast evolving environment

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
