WAC Group is looking for a Marketing Operations Project Manager to become the operational heartbeat of our marketing organization. You'll own the systems, workflows, and processes that keep major initiatives moving. Everything from product launches and websites to trade shows, campaigns, and creative projects.
This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with leaders across the company, solve bottlenecks, build scalable processes, and make a measurable impact on how marketing gets work done.

What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field of study.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing project management.
- Proven measurable success owning a Marketing enterprise system such as Monday.com.
- Ownership in managing large initiatives such as product launches, trade shows, catalogs/print, websites, and cross-functional campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience creating workflow automations in Marketing Project Management platforms, including routing, reminders, approvals, and dependency management.
- Proficiency in driving operational processes using Marketing project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar. This includes building workflows, templates, and dashboards.
- Proven experience using marketing systems such as HubSpot and asset management workflows, including DAM and PIM platforms.
- PMP and/or Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred.
The expected salary is 100,000.00 - 120,000.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
