You will own our CRM platform, personally lead campaign operations, and be the driving force behind the data integrity and reporting infrastructure that powers our global marketing engine.

  • Manage CRM data hygiene, enrichment, and synchronization with ERP (NetSuite) and related systems
  • Oversee ongoing governance and platform development to meet evolving GTM requirements

Marketing Operations & Campaign Enablement
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Manage campaign execution including segmentation, lead routing, forms, workflows, and A/B testing
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities across the funnel, from initial engagement to sales qualification
  • Define and enforce UTM strategy and naming conventions for clean attribution and reporting
  • Refine lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to improve conversion and handoffs

Analytics, Attribution & Optimization
  • Develop and manage campaign performance dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI
  • Own marketing attribution tracking and evolve multi-touch attribution models in partnership with analytics teams
  • Monitor funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and recommend improvements
  • Provide insights and performance reports to marketing, sales, and executive leadership

Tech Stack & Project Leadership
  • Manage integrations across the marketing and sales technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, webinar tools, enrichment, chat)
  • Serve as point of contact for external integrators and technology partners
  • Lead cross-functional infrastructure and data projects that enhance GTM performance
  • Maintain SOPs and documentation for scalability and consistency
  • Support select sales enablement projects
