Overall Purpose

Lead the development and evolution of Marketing's data strategy, measurement, experimentation, and performance intelligence capabilities that help marketing and business leaders understand performance, improve effectiveness, and drive data-informed investment and strategic decisions.

As part of a newly evolving Marketing Intelligence & Insights function,

this role will help shape how Marketing's data strategy, measurement, and decision-support capabilities evolve by partnering across Marketing, Enterprise Data, Analytics, Finance, and business teams to improve data accessibility, performance visibility, and business intelligence. The position partners across marketing, analytics, finance, enterprise data, and business teams to establish measurement frameworks, performance insights, and intelligence capabilities that connect marketing activities to business outcomes.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and lead enterprise marketing measurement and performance intelligence strategies that deliver actionable insights, improve marketing effectiveness, and support business and investment decisions.
  • Help establish and evolve enterprise marketing measurement capabilities, frameworks, and operating approaches as part of a growing Marketing Intelligence & Insights function.
  • Provide leadership and influence across direct, indirect, and cross-functional teams in achieving marketing measurement and performance objectives.
  • Develop and evolve approaches for measuring channel, campaign, and cross-functional marketing effectiveness, including attribution, incrementality, ROI, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Define and implement an integrated measurement framework and KPIs for consistency in measuring and reporting marketing performance across marketing and business lines.
  • Promote disciplined experimentation and test-and-learn practices that improve marketing effectiveness and strengthen evidence-based decision-making.
  • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data across campaigns, channels, customer segments, and business outcomes to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable performance insights.
  • Lead measurement and performance intelligence initiatives, including defining business requirements, aligning KPIs, coordinating cross-functional data inputs, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate marketing, brand, and customer engagement performance to identify drivers of business outcomes and inform strategic planning, optimization, and investment decision.
  • Develop executive-level reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance narratives that provide clear, accessible, and actionable visibility into marketing effectiveness.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled approaches to measurement, insight generation, and performance intelligence, to improve scalability and decision support.
  • Partner with enterprise data, analytics, and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve data quality, measurement consistency, and performance visibility across the organization.
  • Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, economics, statistics, or other related field.
  • Typically, a minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing measurement, marketing analytics, business intelligence, performance strategy, or related fields, including experience supporting enterprise marketing and business decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated success developing marketing measurement, performance, and optimization frameworks that drive business impact and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and collaborating with data and analytics teams to support performance analysis and insight development.
  • Experience applying analytical and measurement methodologies to evaluate marketing performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing performance evaluation methodologies, including campaign measurement, experimentation, A/B testing, and test-and-learn approaches.
  • Ability to apply measurement and analytical approaches to understand customer behavior, audience performance, segmentation, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels, performance metrics, marketing measurement practices, and reporting approaches across integrated marketing programs.
  • Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience partnering with enterprise data, technology, analytics, or digital teams to improve measurement capabilities and data accessibility.
  • Knowledge of brand, customer, and marketing performance measurement approaches and evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience building or modernizing marketing measurement, analytics, or performance intelligence capabilities within evolving organizations.•
  • Experience with attribution, incrementality, marketing ROI, or advanced measurement methodologies.
  • Interest in or experience applying AI-enabled approaches to analytics, measurement, insight generation, or decision support.
  • Master's degree preferred.


Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external constituents.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $154,000 - $193,000.
New York, NY in USD per year is: $186,000 - $232,000.

Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
