We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own and optimize our customer acquisition measurement strategy across multiple channels. In this high-impact role, you'll lead performance tracking, attribution, reporting, and optimization efforts that directly influence growth, marketing investment decisions, and overall business success.

What You'll Do
Own Acquisition Performance Measurement
  • Lead tracking, measurement, and reporting across all acquisition channels, including paid media, digital marketing, local marketing initiatives, and hearing center marketing programs.
  • Ensure acquisition performance is accurately measured and consistently evaluated across all marketing investments.
  • Maintain trusted performance data and attribution models that support business decision-making.
Drive Campaign Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations that increase marketing ROI and customer acquisition results.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to optimize campaigns, spending, and channel strategies.
Lead Capture & Conversion Optimization
  • Manage acquisition measurement and attribution processes to ensure accurate reporting of marketing-generated leads.
  • Monitor lead funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion from lead to appointment.
  • Collaborate across teams to strengthen acquisition effectiveness and customer journey outcomes.
Reporting, Insights & Strategic Recommendations
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and performance reports that provide visibility into acquisition results and trends.
  • Translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Present performance results and strategic opportunities to leadership teams.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquisition performance insights across the organization.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Client Care, Operations, Hearing Centers, and external agency partners to align on goals and performance expectations.
  • Foster data-driven decision-making through collaboration and influence.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 4-8+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience analyzing and optimizing paid media, digital marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution methodologies, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with reporting and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building executive dashboards and performance scorecards.
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition funnels, lead management, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience working with multi-location businesses and local marketing performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing measurement best practices.
