Full Job Description
We have an opening for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the project management and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives to drive sales leads for Loffler Companies. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization. Knowledge and experience with HubSpot and MS Dynamics CRM are strongly desired.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Director of Marketing to plan, implement, and manage strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified sales opportunities, and support business growth. This role also oversees day-to-day marketing workflow, coordinates cross-functional projects, and provides leadership to the marketing team to ensure high-quality execution across digital marketing, content, social media, video, events, and sales support initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Management
  • Website
    • Create and/or assign copywriting/editing for web pages, blogs, nurturing emails, case studies, etc. to support strategic initiatives.
    • Identify appropriate audiences to target, plan and launch nurturing email campaigns via HubSpot platform.
    • Track the effectiveness of campaign objectives and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Social Media
    • Using monthly/quarterly topics, determine the best use of budget to target sponsored ads on LinkedIn and other social platforms as needed.
    • Work with marketing team to ensure posts are scheduled and executed according to identified focus.
    • Determine organic social post strategy monthly.
    • Monitor social media performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement and brand awareness.
  • Video Production
    • Work with Video Production Specialist and VP of Marketing & Communications to determine and schedule video topics and focus to support content strategy.
    • Provide video scripting/editing as needed or requested.
  • Events & Sponsorships
    • Coordinate customer events, trade shows, sponsorships, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
    • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful planning and execution.
    • Measure event effectiveness through attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Printed Marketing Materials
    • Manage the production and completion of printed materials as requested by sales staff or VP of Marketing & Communications.
    • Assign to the team member with the bandwidth and best skills for the type of content requested and provide support for content development as needed. Submit final materials to VP of Marketing & Communications for approval.
  • Branding Consistency
    • Support efforts to improve and ensure brand consistency, awareness, and professionalism across all client-facing marketing efforts. This could include creation of new templates for sales executives to use for client-facing materials or other materials in need of branding improvement.
  • Sales & Lead Management
    • Partner with Sales leadership to support lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in identifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and establish best practices for lead handoff and follow-up.
    • Support CRM data quality and marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of three days in office.
  • Candidates must posses a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and provide proof of minimum auto insurance coverage as required by state law.
  • Self-starter that is resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects at a time and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while efficiently and effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results.
  • Assesses situations accurately and determines appropriate action.


Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Technology industry experience highly preferred.
  • Fluency across multiple social media platforms.
  • MS Office Suite knowledge.
  • B2B marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • HubSpot experience and/or certification preferred.


Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing team members, including assigning and reviewing projects, with final approval provided by the Director of Marketing.
  • Participate in monthly one-on-one and yearly reviews with all members of the Marketing Team.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to review and/or correct any areas of team members' performance that may need to be addressed.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and enforcing the Employee Handbook as written.
