Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Eagle Analytical's products and services. This role involves overseeing marketing initiatives across traditional and digital channels, managing campaigns, guiding internal teams, and supporting business objectives through effective marketing communication. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing leadership, project management, and strategy execution in the pharmaceutical, pharmacy, or laboratory services sector.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage all sales and marketing assets for new and existing products and services, including but limited to case studies, whitepapers, presentations, sales kits, webinars, expos, email campaigns, and direct mail
  • Develop product-launch plans for assigned products and services, including forecasting, cross-functional coordination, and implementation of communication plans
  • Create and implement a strategic planning process integrated into all marketing and communication activities
  • Maintain a current, working knowledge of 503a, 503b, cGMP, and hospital regulations relevant to Eagle's offerings
  • Utilize market research, competitive intelligence, and buyer persona development to drive marketing strategy
  • Ensure marketing programs, campaigns, and departmental objectives support overall corporate strategy
  • Track engagement, ROI, and budget on marketing initiatives to inform future strategies
  • Empower internal customer-facing teams to operate within the overall marketing strategy
  • Process client feedback and collaborate with product teams to inform testing programs and service offerings
  • Work with marketing team to produce compelling marketing content across print, digital, and social media channels
  • Generate demand for Eagle products through targeted campaigns and measure effectiveness
  • Oversee project management and execution of all marketing tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Develop relationships and negotiate terms with key contracted clients
  • Develop and deliver marketing-communication education programs, materials, and events to support Eagle's services and offerings
  • Ensure global brand alignment and consistency across all marketing tactics
  • Administer day-to-day marketing functions, including email, website content, social media, trade shows, special events, and media relations
  • Support product pricing initiatives, as needed

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, including product marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven track record of managing and navigating complex organizational structures
  • Prior experience developing, managing, and maintaining budgets
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, execution, and measurement of marketing and communication activities
  • Working knowledge of marketing communications production and delivery technologies, including website development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Experience overseeing design and production of marketing and communication materials across print, digital, and social media channels
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, organizational, consulting, project management, and planning skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
