SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies for the Artificial Lift portfolio, including ESP, Rod Lift, Gas Lift, Plunger Lift, Capillary, Automation, and related technologies. This role translates technical offerings into customer-focused messaging, supports product launches, drives campaigns, strengthens brand positioning, and partners cross-functionally to support market adoption and revenue growth.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that build awareness, support revenue growth, and position the Artificial Lift portfolio.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions and differentiated messaging.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market programs, product launches, sales enablement, and customer communications.
  • Partner with product, engineering, sales, operations, regional teams, and leadership to align marketing with business priorities.
  • Develop integrated campaigns across digital, events, publications, sales channels, and customer-facing platforms.
  • Create and manage marketing content, including collateral, presentations, case studies, web content, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning gaps.
  • Support lead generation, account-based marketing, customer presentations, and sales tools that drive pipeline growth.
  • Manage digital marketing, website updates, CRM/automation integration, analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, sponsorships, demonstrations, and related experiences.
  • Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, media partners, advertising, and campaign resources.
  • Track campaign performance, ROI, lead quality, engagement, and conversion metrics to improve results.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across internal and external communications.


Requirements

EHS REQUIREMENTS:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in oilfield services, energy technology, industrial equipment, or B2B technical products.
  • Artificial Lift, production optimization, automation, or upstream oil and gas experience preferred.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to translate technical details into compelling customer-facing messaging.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel up to 25% for customer meetings, field visits, trade shows, conferences, and business reviews.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of an office, shop, warehouse, or customer location.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist, and carry marketing materials or equipment as needed.
  • Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate computers, mobile devices, and office equipment.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Must be able to tolerate changing priorities and complete assignments despite frequent interruptions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work environment is typically considered within an Endurance Lift Solutions office or facility during normal or extended business hours. Work environment may also include manufacturing facilities, customer locations, trade shows, industry conferences, field sites, and meeting venues. Position may require occasional travel and interaction with personnel working in operational and industrial environments.
