You'll own our marketing across social, email, and print; keep our listings and transactions running on rails; and bring an enterprising, systems-first mindset to everything we do. COMPENSATION & GROWTH- $55,000-$110,000 per year (base + bonus), with earnings that grow as the team grows.

Responsibilities•
Marketing & Brand - Produce scroll-stopping social content, listing marketing, email campaigns, and luxury listing presentations that elevate the Teicheira brand.

Operations & Transactions - Coordinate listings from pre-listing through close - vendors, timelines, MLS, and milestones - so nothing slips.

Systems & AI - Build and refine the checklists, workflows, and AI-powered tools that make the whole team more efficient.

Client Experience - Help deliver a five-star experience at every touchpoint, from open houses to closing gifts.
Qualifications• 2+ years in marketing, operations, real estate coordination, or a related role (luxury or real estate experience is a strong plus).
• Strong design and copywriting skills, with fluency in tools like Canva, social platforms, email marketing, and CRMs.
• Comfort with AI tools and a genuine eagerness to learn new technology.
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and written communication.
• A valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle (driving is about 20% of the role).
• Willingness to obtain a California real estate license - not required at time of hire, but required once you're on board.
