Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager supports the Vice President of Marketing in executing strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, franchisee success, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees day-to-day marketing operations, integrated campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration while serving as a key liaison between leadership, franchisees, agencies, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketing professional with franchise marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to build scalable programs that deliver measurable business results. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, creativity, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in franchise or multi-location environments; B2B franchise marketing strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, local marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and analytics.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimize results.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CMS platforms, social media tools, and Microsoft 365.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Support development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth goals.
  • Lead national, regional, and local campaigns across digital, social, email, web, print, events, and PR channels.
  • Manage campaign planning, creative development, execution, timelines, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with franchisees to support local marketing efforts and drive revenue growth.

Brand Management

Franchise & Field Marketing

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Coordinate agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality execution and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and business objectives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report campaign performance, lead generation, website analytics, and ROI.
  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations, sales, training, finance, production, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.

Team Leadership
