  • Maintain and enhance brand standards and visual identity
  • Oversee website content and manage social media platforms
  • Track leads, opportunities, and pursuit progress
  • Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate resume/project data
  • Support conferences, events, and presentations

Overview

Soltesz is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across the firm. This role serves as a key partner to leadership-bringing strong proposal management, brand stewardship, and creative direction to support business development and growth.

The ideal candidate is both a strategist and doer-capable of managing multiple priorities, driving high-quality deliverables, and collaborating effectively with technical teams across the organization.
