MARKETING MANAGER

SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager is a strategy-and-execution expert for the Marketing Communication, driving product and service marketing across Qcells USA's Module and EPC businesses. Reporting to the Head of Market Intelligence & Communication, this role focuses on differentiating Qcells EPC's market positioning by leveraging its unique standing as an integrated solution provider in the U.S. market.

The critical qualificatio n is B2B marketing experience in renewable energy, clean energy, or infrastructure sector, combined with strong product-marketing and content-production discipline. Above all, the successful candidate understands the IRA Domestic Content bonus credit and its buyer implications, FEOC restrictions, and technology advantages. The candidate builds the marketing strategy and messaging that position Qcells ' U.S.-based supply chain as a key reason to buy. They carry that messaging across all channels - exhibitions, sponsorships, the Customer Summit, video, press, LinkedIn, and white papers - as well as internal communications.

Success in this role requires working fluency in the U.S. utility-scale solar market, disciplined monthly budget tracking, and brand consistency across all outputs. It also requires the judgment to convert market positioning and policy into persuasive external and internal narratives that advance the Market intelligence & Communication team ' s mandate.

This position reports to the Head of Market Intelligence & Communications or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate . This position is Hybrid located in our Houston, TX office 4 days per week and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 40%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Marketing Content Management
  • Own brand consistency across all communications outputs - visual identity, messaging, and asset standards governing brand assets, templates, and presentations.
  • Manage external creative and video agencies to sustain a weekly content cadence.
  • Maintain full visibility into marketing spend; track budget performance and prepare marketing ROI analyses for review by the Head of Market Intelligence & Communication.


Public Relations & Market Positioning
  • Own Qcells EPC's PR strategy end-to-end, including awarded-project announcements, Korea/U.S. press releases supporting Hanwha Solutions IR, sponsorships, media placements, and strategic partnership announcements.
  • Direct weekly LinkedIn content grounded in Market Intelligence findings and co-author industry thought-leadership interviews under the direction of the Head of Market Intelligence & Communication.


Exhibition & Industry Events Management
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of Qcells EPC's presence at major industry exhibitions (e.g., RE+, ACP, CERAWeek, Intersolar, The Forum, and key customer annual events), covering strategy, cost tracking, booth operations, and executive coordination.
  • Deliver supporting PR releases and post-event ROI reports.


Internal Communication
  • Plan and execute company-level meetings, and draft internal communications on market developments, regulatory shifts, and company milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for internal communications.
  • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years in B2B marketing, corporate communications, or strategic communications, with direct experience marketing to utility-scale solar developers, EPCs, IPPs, or comparable infrastructure buyers in renewable energy, clean energy, or infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. utility-scale solar market, including IRA provisions, domestic content requirements, FEOC restrictions, and the broader federal policy context.
  • Experience managing exhibition strategy and execution at national-scale industry events (RE+, ACP, CERAWeek, Intersolar, or equivalent), from planning through post-event ROI reporting.
  • Solid track record in PR and media relations, including press release development, media placement, and corporate positioning.
  • Brand management experience - visual identity governance, messaging consistency, and brand asset standards across multiple channels.
  • Cross-functional coordination experience at a Marketing Manager level.
  • Experience tracking marketing budgets, invoices, and ROI, including variance monitoring and structured reporting to leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing analytics/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales, Market Intelligence, or business development functions.
