Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Marketing Manager, Non-Acute Markets is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement for BD's MedBank portfolio across priority non-acute healthcare settings. This individual will need to become a market expert in key care settings including Long-Term Care Pharmacy, Skilled Nursing, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Behavioral Health, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), and other emerging sites of care.
Working closely with Sales and Global Product Management, this role will lead integrated marketing programs that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, execution excellence, market expertise, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Leadership & Strategy
- Develop deep expertise in customer workflows, market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory requirements, and buying processes.
- Support annual strategic planning, market prioritization, and marketing plan development.
- Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives focused on strategic customers and target accounts.
- Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize programs based on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies and external partners to expand demand generation efforts.
- Conference & Trade Show Strategy
- Own conference and trade show strategy for priority non-acute markets.
- Develop annual event plans aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
- Lead event execution including sponsorships, speaking engagements, booth strategy, customer meetings, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
- Measure conference ROI and recommend future investment strategies.
- Customer Advocacy & Market Shaping
- Lead development of customer testimonial programs, case studies, success stories, and video testimonials.
- Build and expand customer reference programs across priority market segments.
- Identify, recruit, and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support thought leadership and market development initiatives.
- Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Partner with digital marketing teams to execute awareness and demand generation initiatives including: SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, Content Marketing and Email Marketing
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Clinical, and Operations teams.
- Support product launches, commercial readiness activities, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Assist with development of sales tools, training materials, competitive insights, and customer-facing content.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of healthcare marketing experience preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of campaigns and growth initiatives required.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing programs that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time for conferences, customer visits, and events.
