Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns for Modern Day Marine and Digital Dealer events. This role drives attendee acquisition, exhibitor engagement, and year-round audience growth through data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Working closely with sales, content, operations, association partners and agencies, this individual will build campaigns that deliver measurable business results while embracing AI and modern marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support attendee acquisition, exhibitor retention and revenue goals.
  • Build annual marketing plans that balance event launches with year-round audience engagement.
  • Create messaging and campaigns across email, web, paid media, social, partnerships, PR and content marketing.
  • Manage campaign calendars and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns and optimize through segmentation, A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to maximize HubSpot, SEO and marketing automation capabilities.
  • Manage agency and partners to deliver paid search, paid social and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
  • Develop initiatives that strengthen relationships with attendees, exhibitors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Show Management, Marketing Operations, Registration, Operations, and external partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to Marketing leadership while championing continuous improvement.

Success in this Role

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in events, media, associations or demand generation.
  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns, marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), paid media, and analytics.
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, SEO and AI marketing tools preferred.
