DescriptionThe Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives across all company brands. This position serves as the leader of the marketing department and is accountable for increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, customer retention, and overall market presence.
The Marketing Manager will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, content creation, CRM marketing, advertising campaigns, events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives and drive measurable results.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, creative problem-solver, and data-driven leader with experience managing multi-brand marketing initiatives and developing high-performing teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all company brands.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing planning initiatives.
- Align marketing efforts with organizational growth goals and revenue objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and market share.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen brand standards across all brands and business units.
- Develop messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies tailored to target audiences.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and customer experience.
- Support product launches, new service offerings, and expansion initiatives.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, social media, and retargeting efforts.
- Develop and execute email marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and results.
- Build customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns.
- Utilize customer insights and analytics to improve campaign performance.
- Oversee content creation across social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, print materials, and advertising.
- Manage content calendars and brand communications.
- Ensure all marketing assets align with brand standards and business goals.
- Develop and execute promotional events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Establish marketing KPIs and success metrics.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, website performance, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue impact.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop marketing team members.
- Manage workload distribution, project prioritization, and performance expectations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and professional development planning.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or product lines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, Zenoti, Shimzy, or similar platforms.
- Experience within hospitality, wellness, beauty, luxury, retail, or consumer-facing industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
- HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or similar marketing certifications preferred.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and agency relationships.
