Full Job Description
The Marketing Manager leads proposal and presentation efforts for an assigned market, office, or function, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent execution. This role manages a small team or defined area of responsibility and partners closely with business development and operational leaders to support pursuits, client positioning, and business development priorities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead proposal coordination for an assigned market, office, or business line, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  2. Research, write, and edit content for proposals and marketing deliverables.
  3. Develop proposal content, including tailored sections and scopes of work as needed.
  4. Lead interview preparation and execution of presentation materials.
  5. Design presentation materials including text, graphics, and visual content.
  6. Support pursuit teams by coordinating content, coaching interview teams, and helping drive readiness for key opportunities.
  7. Manage marketing deliverables and collateral for assigned pursuits, clients, or market sectors.
  8. Maintain marketing data, including resumes, project descriptions, and qualification materials.
  9. Support local business needs for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in partnership with operational and business development leaders.
  10. Execute marketing initiatives that support local growth priorities, client development, and pursuit strategy.
  11. Manage and develop a small team of marketing coordinators or support staff, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight.
  12. Build working partnerships with business development and operational leaders to align marketing support with pursuit and client needs.
  13. Assist with branding and campaigns, including public relations and market-facing initiatives.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, or pursuit support.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
