Marketing Manager

Job Description Summary

The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for creating high impact corporate proposals and presentations. A key national contact for Cushman & Wakefield pursuit teams and other stakeholders, this person drives content creation, materials collection, quality control and production of firm-wide new business materials and responses. The Marketing Manager must have an affinity for order to keep pitch projects on task and ensure accurate and efficient outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and promotes best practices to produce and continually improve pitch materials that differentiate Cushman & Wakefield and win new business. This includes the manner in which projects are organized, communicated, completed, and filed.
  • Maintains a proposal log with key information and follows up with pursuit leads regarding outcomes.
  • Manages Corporate Marketing Coordinators and Designers and coaches them in the consistent use of proposal content and graphics.
  • Analyzes content received for working projects, pays meticulous attention to details, and edits for accuracy, proper grammar, sentence structure and Associated Press style.
  • Meets with department leaders to update and build new library content that accurately represents Cushman & Wakefield national service platform.
  • Works as an extension of the regional property marketing team during new business pursuits to complete marketing strategies, conceptualize property branding and brainstorm presentation ideas.
  • Conducts audits of frequently used corporate documents housed through the marketing department, such as bios and organization charts, and manages the update process.
  • Completes miscellaneous corporate copywriting projects, as needed, for national and regional team members.
  • Participates in corporate marketing team meetings to provide status updates of working projects.
  • Achieves high productivity through reliable and punctual attendance, and timely reports any tardiness, attendance, issues, and disciplinary issues of direct reports to immediate supervisor.
  • Solicits content for social media posts and collects information for industry award submissions.
  • Other functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of marketing and / or business development experience; commercial real estate industry is preferred
  • Extensive copywriting experience and excellent command of the English language required
  • Knowledge of Adobe In-Design or the Creative Suites platform helpful
  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and ambitious attitude is essential
  • Strong copywriting, organizational and administrative skills are necessary and positive attitude is essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment and be organized
  • Will demonstrate a desire to work independently with various departments within the organization.
  • Adjustable work hours possible to accommodate deadlines in other time zones.
  • Positive attitude is essential.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
