Full Job Description
AMETEK is seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive growth by building awareness, generating demand, strengthening sales enablement, and turning technical capabilities into clear customer value

This role connects marketing directly to revenue growth by partnering closely with sales, product management, and engineering to strengthen brand visibility, improve sales enablement, support lead generation, and position HKP as a leader in precision motion solutions.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support revenue growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Own and manage a rolling marketing calendar across campaigns, digital channels, product launches, content, trade shows, and sales enablement priorities.
  • Support product positioning, go-to-market planning, and solution-selling initiatives.
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials, including presentations, sell sheets, case studies, emails, technical content, and digital assets.
  • Manage HKP social media channels and media releases, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee graphic design needs and the development of marketing assets; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Support website content, SEO, and landing page optimization.
  • Develop digital lead generation initiatives, to be executed across paid search, LinkedIn advertising, targeted email campaigns, gated content, retargeting, and conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Develop email marketing & lead nurturing tactics across target segments to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Understand Voice of Customer, gather and implement feedback, and use market insights to improve messaging, targeting, and sales support materials.
  • Plan and support trade shows, customer events, and other marketing activities.
  • Partner with sales to improve funnel visibility, campaign follow-up, lead quality, and marketing-driven pipeline growth.
  • Track marketing performance using Salesforce and other reporting tools.


We are looking for:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, technical, or manufacturing markets.
  • Experience with industrial automation, motion control, medical devices, semiconductor, robotics, or related technical markets is strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to translate technical products into clear customer value.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn Advertising, and Google AdWords is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution

This is a highly cross-functional position with visibility across leadership, sales, engineering, and product teams. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, organized, creative, and able to turn technical capabilities into compelling marketing programs that support measurable business growth.
