Marketing Manager - Americas RegionTait is seeking a commercially minded and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing across the Americas region. This role is responsible for driving growth, strengthening the Tait brand, and supporting sales performance through aligned, outcome-focused marketing programs.
The successful candidate will connect regional execution with global strategy, helping position Tait as the market evolves from Land Mobile Radio-led solutions to integrated, multi-technology offerings across radio, software, video, services, RFI and m-View solutions.
About the RoleAs the marketing lead for Tait Americas, you will own the regional marketing plan and partner closely with sales, product, channel, communications, creative, content and global marketing teams. You will lead demand generation, regional campaigns, dealer and partner marketing, customer advocacy, product launches, events, thought leadership and marketing performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the Americas regional marketing plan in alignment with global brand strategy, regional sales priorities, strategic customer accounts and market opportunities.
- Partner with the President of Tait Americas, regional sales teams and the Chief Marketing Officer to translate global strategy into locally relevant marketing execution.
- Drive pipeline growth through campaigns, events, digital programs and sales-aligned demand generation activities.
- Plan, budget and execute trade shows, regional events and industry engagements that strengthen brand presence, generate leads and support timely sales follow-up.
- Support dealer and partner engagement across the United States, Canada and Mexico, including local activation of the One Tait Dealer Program.
- Execute go-to-market activity for priority products, solutions and services across LMR, broadband, software, video and adjacent technologies.
- Develop regional positioning, messaging and customer value propositions in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Lead customer marketing initiatives, including go-live events, customer celebrations, case studies, success stories and referenceable account activity.
- Identify media, thought leadership, sponsorship and community engagement opportunities that strengthen Tait's regional market presence.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, vendor relationships, campaign reporting, performance measurement and ROI analysis.
- Maintain accurate dealer, distributor and customer contact data in HubSpot and support compliance with data privacy requirements.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
- 5-6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in telecommunications, technology, channel-led or B2B markets.
- Experience in technology marketing, solution marketing, product marketing or channel marketing.
- Strong understanding of broadband, voice, data and mission-critical communications solutions.
- Experience using marketing automation tools, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer, sales and partner stories.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across sales, product, marketing, operations and regional leadership teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed and commercially focused environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Copilot and Claude preferred.
