Summary

Drive meaningful impact by supporting the marketing strategy behind Amazon's global pickup program, where you'll shape how millions of customers discover and choose convenient pickup options. You'll own end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels, design and scale incentive promotions, and use data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey.

Key job responsibilities

Support awareness, conversion, and engagement initiatives across the customer journey, designing and executing top-of-funnel campaigns that drive discoverability and eligibility for pickup

Own end-to-end campaign management across multiple channels, including designing landing pages, automating launch processes, and scaling programs across global marketplaces

Develop and manage incentive promotion strategies, including forecasting impact, securing budget, testing approaches, and expanding successful pilots across channels

Analyze customer insights and performance data to identify optimization opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness

Collaborate across product, technology, operations, and marketing teams to align on priorities, remove obstacles, and accelerate program growth

A Day in the Life

In this role, you'll focus on building awareness and driving conversion for our pickup program through owned and operated channels. You might start your day analyzing campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities, then collaborate with cross-functional partners to design a new landing page experience for a specific marketplace. Later, you could be running experiments to test different incentive promotion strategies or automating a campaign launch to reach customers at scale. You'll move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, working with product, technology, and operations teams to remove barriers and accelerate customer adoption of pickup.

Pickup program on the Pick Up and Return Point (PARP) team building Amazon's global network of lockers and pickup points-a service that improves transporter safety, reduces costs, and makes package handling effortless for customers, partners, and carriers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

- Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis and visualization tools

- Knowledge of basic data-mining techniques

- Background in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments

- Experience designing, forecasting, and testing promotional incentive strategies

- Familiarity with AI tools and applications in marketing contexts

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
