Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as Product Owner for Schwab's B2B lead management ecosystem, owning the roadmap, backlog, prioritization framework, and delivery of enhancements that maximize business value.
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for lead management capabilities, ensuring alignment with business, marketing, and sales objectives.
  • Drive the ongoing evolution of lead management processes and technology, including lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, nurturing, attribution, and sales activation.
  • Partner with Marketing Technology and platform administration teams to design, implement, optimize, and support lead management capabilities within Marketo and related technology platforms.
  • Establish governance, intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes that effectively balance strategic goals, business demand, technical complexity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans while partnering with technology teams to build scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain lead management standards and best practices, including data governance, taxonomy, source attribution, privacy compliance, scoring methodologies, and quality controls.
  • Oversee implementation, testing, documentation, issue management, operational support, and continuous improvement activities to ensure reliable execution.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders through clear communication, transparency, and alignment on priorities, delivery plans, and strategic objectives.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion performance, operational efficiency, and user experience.
  • Expand lead management capabilities through new channels, system integrations, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure seamless integration across marketing automation, CRM, customer data, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on lead management best practices and the effective alignment of marketing and sales processes.
  • Promote consistency, collaboration, and scalability across business units by identifying reusable solutions and sharing best practices through B2B and B2C lead management communities of practice.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, implementation progress, performance metrics, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior leaders and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, lead management, CRM, marketing operations, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to influence, align, and drive results across complex, highly matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Marketing Technology Manager, or similar role with accountability for product vision, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
  • Demonstrated success owning and evolving a business capability, product, platform, or operating model from strategy and design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead management and customer engagement strategies, including buyer journeys, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, nurturing, routing, funnel optimization, data quality, and sales and marketing alignment.
  • Experience working with enterprise marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo, including campaign orchestration, lead lifecycle management, scoring frameworks, integrations, governance, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions through effective partnership with technology, data, and platform teams.
  • Working knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, revenue generation workflows, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions, prioritize investments, and optimize business outcomes.
  • Experience balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs while making thoughtful, data-driven decisions that maximize business value.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • Collaborative and adaptable leader who demonstrates curiosity, accountability, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • AI-native mindset with demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools and large language models, such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies, to improve productivity, streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive business outcomes.
  • Experience designing and managing integrations between marketing automation, CRM, customer data, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks, including backlog management, sprint planning, user story development, testing coordination, release planning, and implementation execution.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, consent management, compliance, and risk requirements within marketing and customer engagement ecosystems.
  • Experience leading organizational change, driving adoption, and implementing standardized processes across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience defining success metrics, measuring product performance, and using data to inform strategic product decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Experience supporting lead management, marketing technology, digital transformation, or customer engagement initiatives within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
