Full Job Description
This is the marketing seat, and it is hands-on. Strategy and voice live with the cofounding team today, and your job is to turn that direction into great work across every channel. You will be in the work day to day, shipping consistently and owning how Anyware shows up to the world. There is real room to grow. We are hiring a Marketing Manager with a clear path to owning marketing, and the more you run well, the faster that scope expands into strategy, budget, and team.

Description

What You'll Do:
  • Photography and video. Robotics sells on watching the robot work, and our footage is some of our most valuable marketing. You will shoot photography and video of our robots in action yourself, or storyboard and art-direct a videographer. You know what the money shot is and how to get it.
  • Social. Owning and growing our social presence across platforms. You write in our voice and post consistently, turning the footage you capture into a steady stream of content.
  • Website. Owning and iterating our site to drive qualified sales leads, not just to look good. You improve the pages, calls to action, and content that turn visitors into pipeline.
  • Email. Writing and sending our recurring update and nurture emails, including quarterly updates that keep target accounts warm.
  • Events. Running our tradeshow presence end to end, from booth and messaging through to the lead follow-up that converts conversations into pipeline.

Investor narrative, PR, and a larger hand in strategy sit with the co-founding team for now and grow into the role over time.

What We Are Looking For:
  • 3 to 4 years of marketing experience with real work shipped. We want to see things you have made, not slides you have presented. Consulting counts, especially if you want to leave the advisory world and build real things in the real world.
  • Clearly smart and driven. A top consultancy background, a strong MBA, or an equivalent record of hard work are good signals. None is a requirement. We care about the horsepower, not the logo.
  • A doer who delivers. You get oriented fast in ambiguity and take ownership without being told. You can drive several conversations at once to a finished result, and you measure yourself by what shipped, not what was planned.
  • A strong writer who can move between registers: credible to an industrial operations buyer one minute, clean and sharp the next.
  • Account-based marketing experience. You have run marketing that supports a B2B sales motion into named target accounts, working alongside sales to land and grow customers, not just generate top-of-funnel volume.
  • A real eye for photography and video, or the ability to turn a customer problem into a storyboard that guides a videographer.
  • You will help build the machine. No playbook, no large budget, no big team on day one. Just ownership, speed, and the chance to turn ambiguity into momentum.
Nice To Have
  • Exposure to warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or other industrial environments. If you do not have it, curiosity and a willingness to stand on a floor and watch the work matter more.
  • Experience marketing a physical product or hardware.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup as a first or second marketing hire.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is from $110K-$170K, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

Additional compensation may include equity/benefits / other incentives, where applicable.

Benefits & Perks
  • Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid sick leave
  • 401(k) plan support
  • Daily meal credit

Salary

$110,000 - $170,000 per year
