Natixis Investment Managers is seeking a Marketing Intelligence Manager to help lead the evolution of our marketing insights, metadata strategies, measurement, and content intelligence capabilities. In this role, you will help transform data into actionable business intelligence, enabling teams to better understand audience behavior, optimize content and campaign performance, support personalization efforts, and strengthen marketing-to-sales alignment. Partnering across marketing, technology, data, and business teams, you will drive the governance, analytics, and operational excellence needed to support a modern, data-driven marketing organization. This position is located in Boston, MA and offers a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days onsite in the Boston office each week.

What you will do:
  • Deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance, digital engagement, content effectiveness, client experience, and lead generation.
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate key performance indicators and reporting frameworks for campaigns, content, digital experiences, channels, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and govern metadata and taxonomy standards that improve content discoverability, reporting consistency, personalization, and scalability.
  • Evolve and maintain taxonomy architecture to support content reuse, automation, modular content strategies, and enhanced marketing analytics.
  • Manage cross-channel performance dashboards, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into recommendations that support Marketing and Sales objectives.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve reporting efficiency, automate routine analysis, identify anomalies, and uncover actionable insights.
  • Assess taxonomy and metadata quality across platforms, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to strengthen data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Digital, IT, Data, and Marketing Operations teams to improve data accessibility, integration, governance, and documentation.
  • Ensure consistent taxonomy, metadata, and measurement practices across platforms including Workfront, Salesforce, Seismic, DAM/CMS, marketing automation, analytics, and personalization solutions.
  • Create and deliver training, documentation, and best practices that enable marketers and content creators to effectively tag, measure, and optimize content performance.

What you will bring:
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing technology, digital marketing, or related disciplines, with exposure to taxonomy, metadata, and data governance practices.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, asset management, or B2B marketing, including campaign performance, digital engagement, content effectiveness, and marketing-to-sales alignment.
  • Experience leveraging analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and business intelligence tools to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, and content governance principles, including how they support content discoverability, personalization, reporting, workflow efficiency, and digital experiences.
  • Experience with marketing and content technology platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Workfront, Seismic, DAM/CMS solutions, Power BI, SQL, and data warehouse environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering with marketers, content creators, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models, taxonomy structures, tagging frameworks, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve data quality, tagging, measurement, and reporting challenges across multiple marketing platforms and data sources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data, taxonomy, and technology concepts into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wage transparency act, the expected annual base salary for this Boston, MA, based position is $100,000 - $150,000. Actual annual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, and other job-related factors. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and other Natixis sponsored benefit programs.
