Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Marketing Initiative Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives that align with Keysight's goals in Digital Healthcare, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Electronics, and Semiconductor manufacturing markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of successful campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for Digital Healthcare, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Electronics, and Semiconductor manufacturing market growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Drive trade shows, seminars, and webinars from a strategic and technical point of view, from obtaining a budget to execution.
  • Create messaging, decide the right content (presentations, demos, or both), and develop promotion and follow-up plans.
  • Responsible for USA and Canada for the above-mentioned segments.
  • The candidate should be based in the mainland USA and needs to travel for the events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science, preferably with additional qualification in Marketing
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical marketing and campaign management for electronics hardware and/or software products.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

California Pay range: MIN $126,000.00 - MAX $232,000.00

Colorado pay range: MIN $117,000.00 - MAX $195,000.00

District of Columbia pay range: MIN $117,000.00 - MAX $195,000.00

Hawaii pay range: MIN $117,000.00 - MAX $195,000.00

Illinois pay range: MIN $117,000.00 - MAX $195,000.00

Maryland pay range: MIN $117,000.00 - MAX $195,000.00

Massachusetts pay range: MIN $126,000.00 - MAX $211,000.00

Minnesota pay range: MIN $117,000.00 - MAX $195,000.00

New Jersey City pay range: MIN $126,000.00 - MAX $211,000.00

New York pay range: MIN $139,000.00 - MAX $232,000.00

Vermont pay range: MIN $117,000.00 - MAX $195,000.00

Washington state pay range: MIN $126,000.00 - MAX $211,000.00
