Full Job Description
We're looking for a business-minded marketing leader who is passionate about turning ideas into measurable growth. Someone who enjoys driving growth, solving problems, improving systems, connecting data to decisions, and finding better ways to add value and help more people become homeowners.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll provide leadership to help us understand what's working, improve what isn't, and continuously build a smarter marketing engine that drives measurable business growth.
What You'll Do

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you'll evaluate performance across every campaign, identify opportunities to accelerate growth, and help shape the strategies that drive measurable business results.

You'll become a connector across our marketing organization-bringing together lifecycle marketing, content, paid media, product marketing, field marketing, technology, sales and agency partners to ensure every marketing effort contributes to business growth. You'll help build a culture where every campaign begins with a hypothesis, every result leads to a learning, and every insight makes our marketing stronger.
Responsibilities
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that drive qualified buyers, stronger conversion and measurable business results.
  • Serve as the growth architect across the marketing team, connecting campaigns, channels and initiatives into one cohesive growth engine.
  • Progress and own marketing attribution and lead source reporting, first touch through home sale.
  • Lead the improvement and development of marketing dashboards, performance reporting and business insights that help leaders make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns against defined business goals and success metrics, identifying opportunities to improve performance and increase ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, email, website, events and customer journeys to uncover trends, opportunities and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, content, paid media, field marketing, product marketing, sales, technology and agency partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, measurable and continuously improving.
  • Improve website, landing page and customer journey performance through ongoing optimization and testing.
  • Lead A/B testing and marketing experiments that continually improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Develop and present executive-ready growth insights, performance narratives and strategic recommendations that influence marketing priorities and business decisions.
  • Recommend where marketing resources should-and shouldn't-be invested based on business impact.
  • Champion the use of AI to improve decision-making, customer insights, productivity, marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Influence cross-functional teams through collaboration, data and strong communication to execute initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
Who You Are

You're more than a marketer. You're a business-minded problem solver and leader. You naturally ask:
  • How do we grow?
  • Why did this work?
  • What are we missing?
  • How do we make this better?
  • What does the data tell us?

People naturally trust you, seek your input and enjoy working alongside you because you elevate the people around you. You're equally comfortable digging into analytics, collaborating with teammates and presenting recommendations that improve business performance. You're confident asking questions and bringing new ideas that make our marketing-and our business-better. You're energized by being measured because you know scoreboards help teams improve.

up.
What We're Looking For
  • Builds trust and credibility across teams.
  • Influences others through collaboration and results.
  • Thinks like an owner.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Naturally curious.
  • Analytical and data-driven.
  • Takes initiative and follows through.
  • Brings solutions, not just observations.
  • Continuously learns and embraces change.
  • Raises the standard for those around them.
AI Mindset

You see AI as a competitive advantage. You're excited to use AI to improve decision-making, uncover growth opportunities, increase productivity and create better customer experiences. You understand that AI won't replace great marketers-but great marketers who use AI will outperform those who don't.
How You'll Win
  • Marketing is measured by business growth-not activity.
  • Every campaign has clear success metrics.
  • Every recommendation is backed by data.
  • Every experiment teaches us something.
  • Every improvement makes buying a CBH home easier.
  • Every decision moves the business forward.
Requirements

Experience

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, initiatives or teams through influence and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, analytics, experimentation and customer journeys.
  • Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience improving website and campaign performance.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills.
