We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing department. You will be responsible for defining and executing the brand strategy, managing all marketing channels, and leading a high-performing team.

As the face and voice of our brand leadership, the ideal candidate is comfortable stepping into the spotlight-representing A+ on camera, during live news segments, and at in-person community events. You are a hands-on leader who can seamlessly blend traditional marketing expertise-such as print, direct mail, and television-with innovative digital channels, emerging media, and personal advocacy to maintain our leading market position in Utah and help us become the leading garage door company in Nevada as well.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Salt Lake City area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing plans that align with our growth goals across Utah and Nevada.
  • Team Management: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and leadership to the internal marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign excellence.
  • Public Representation & On-Camera Presence: Serve as a key brand ambassador by actively participating in media appearances, appearing on-camera for promotional or news segments, and engaging with the community at in-person events and sponsorships.
  • Personal & Brand Social Advocacy: Champion the A+ Garage Doors brand across personal and professional social media channels-actively posting, sharing, and amplifying company milestones, community outreach, and marketing campaigns to build organic trust and reach.
  • Omnichannel Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end management of both traditional and digital marketing channels:
    • Traditional: Manage high-impact print, direct mail, and television campaigns.
    • Digital: Oversee search engine marketing, social media, email automation, website strategy, and online reputation management.
    • Emerging Channels: Identify and pilot new opportunities to reach our target demographic.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor ROI, manage marketing budgets, and optimize channel performance.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure the A+ Garage Doors brand remains synonymous with trust, expertise, and reliability in every market we serve.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support lead generation and technician capacity.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the home services industry is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing integrated campaigns across traditional and digital media.
  • High comfort level with public speaking, on-camera media appearances, and acting as a visible company spokesperson.
  • Active and enthusiastic presence on professional or personal social media networks, with a strong understanding of how executive and personal advocacy drives brand visibility.
  • Expertise in budget management and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Must be based in the Salt Lake City area and able to work on-site full-time at our corporate office.
