The Marketing Director is a full-time leadership position within our Marketing Department. This position serves as the Chief Marketing Officer's right-hand leader and is responsible for overseeing the activation and execution of the overall marketing strategy across a portfolio of 30+ brands.
The Marketing Director will lead the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary marketing team and ensure campaigns move effectively from strategy through execution. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on marketing expertise and confidently evaluate campaign strategy, graphic design, messaging, paid media, websites, funnels, email marketing, social media, and other marketing deliverables.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and experienced marketer who can identify strategic or tactical mistakes, provide clear creative direction, coach team members, improve processes, and ensure marketing efforts support the organization's broader business and revenue goals.
This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with executive leadership, department leaders, internal marketing specialists, vendors, freelancers, and agency partners.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to activate and execute the overall marketing strategy across the Global TekMed portfolio.
- Translate high-level business and marketing strategies into actionable campaigns, timelines, priorities, and team assignments.
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations across 20+ brands and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team supporting digital marketing, content, graphic design, websites, automation, paid media, social media, video, and brand development.
- Establish department priorities and allocate team resources based on business goals, deadlines, capacity, and areas of expertise.
- Review and evaluate campaign strategies to identify weaknesses, missed opportunities, incorrect assumptions, or areas requiring optimization.
- Review graphic design, copy, websites, landing pages, emails, videos, social media content, and other creative assets for quality, brand consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Provide clear and constructive creative direction to designers, copywriters, developers, digital marketers, and other team members.
- Oversee multichannel campaigns executed through email, SMS, social media, paid advertising, websites, landing pages, funnels, print, and other digital platforms.
- Evaluate paid media strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Bing, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure campaign targeting, messaging, creative, offers, calls to action, landing pages, and lead follow-up processes are strategically aligned.
- Oversee CRM strategy, lead generation, demand generation, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs, conversion rates, lead quality, and other business results.
- Use marketing data and customer insights to recommend campaign improvements and optimization opportunities.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
