As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the firm's brand presence, attract potential clients, and support business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns in the legal industry.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the law firm's goals and objectives. Collaborate with partners and attorneys to identify target markets and practice areas for focused marketing efforts.
Branding and Positioning: Manage and safeguard the law firm's brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials and communications.
Digital Marketing: Oversee the firm's digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), paid ad campaigns, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media presence. Monitor analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Content Creation: Collaborate with attorneys to create compelling and informative content, such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to establish the firm's expertise and thought leadership.
Events and Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate participation in community events, conferences, and sponsorships to increase the firm's visibility and strengthen professional relationships.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the legal market.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular reports to partners on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Juris Doctor (JD) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal marketing or professional services marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of the legal industry, including legal practice areas, ethics, and compliance considerations.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and external partners.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.
• Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing approaches within the context of the legal profession.
