Full Job Description
As the Marketing Director, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader driving integrated marketing and digital growth initiatives that generate pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, analytics, and team leadership, partnering closely with Sales, Digital, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact, full-funnel marketing programs.

You will own the vision, development, and optimization of campaigns and digital experiences that guide prospects from awareness through conversion, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Demand Generation
  • Own end-to-end marketing results, including targets for leads, pipeline, revenue contribution, and brand visibility
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation and digital marketing strategy, aligned to business and sales priorities
  • Design and lead full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns, including awareness, ABM, and conversion-focused programs
  • Build and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across service lines, campaigns, and stakeholders


Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
  • Oversee all digital channels including SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, display advertising, and website experience
  • Drive strategy and execution for paid media campaigns, including continuous optimization of PPC and conversion performance
  • Measure and report performance across all campaigns, leveraging data to improve ROI, KPIs, and funnel efficiency
  • Lead experimentation initiatives (A/B testing, conversion optimization) to improve user journeys and increase lead conversion
  • Evaluate emerging digital tools and technologies, providing thought leadership on adoption and scalability


Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Content, Creative, Digital, Web, Events, Sales, and Enablement teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time and on brand
  • Ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs and alignment to accelerate pipeline conversion
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to execute campaigns and enhance marketing performance
  • Lead the development of landing pages, user journeys, and digital experiences to optimize engagement across channels


Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management
  • Establish and track success metrics tied to business outcomes, providing executive-level reporting and insights
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to build dashboards and business reviews connecting marketing activity to revenue impact
  • Analyze funnel performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve conversion rates across all stages
  • Own and optimize the marketing budget, allocating spend based on performance, ROI, and growth priorities


Process, Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and scale repeatable marketing processes that improve efficiency, quality, and transparency
  • Foster strong stakeholder alignment through regular communication, feedback loops, and performance updates
  • Lead and develop marketing team members, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Maintain a high-performance culture with strong accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise across digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and web optimization
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns, budgets, and cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance reporting
  • Experience leading A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, user experience, and funnel optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • 3+ years of people management experience preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to Houston, TX
