Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, Campaign Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple products and channels. This role serves as a key partner to Marketing, Product, Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant campaigns that support business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

The successful candidate will oversee complex campaign initiatives from planning through launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment, operational excellence, risk management, and adherence to established controls. This individual will drive process improvement efforts, identify automation opportunities, and help shape scalable execution practices that improve efficiency, quality, and speed to market.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with established standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate requirements, approvals, testing, and launch activities.
  • Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure customer-facing assets meet legal, regulatory, and operational requirements prior to deployment.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, control enhancements, and automation initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign execution performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Support team development through knowledge sharing, mentoring, onboarding, and cross-training activities.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance campaign management capabilities and improve the overall customer experience.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management.
  • Experience managing complex projects, marketing campaigns, or operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results through execution.

  • Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
